Terms and Conditions
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AS LEAD BOOKER TO SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH YOUR GROUP - BY TICKING BELOW, YOU AGREE TO THIS.
1. Child Policy. Children of 16 years and under are permitted to use the Sauna, with an Adult Family Member/ Guardian present at ALL TIMES during the hire and use of the sauna, and are regretfully not permitted to use the cold plunge pools for insurance purposes. A WAIVER/TERMS AND CONDITIONS must state the relationship between the parent/guardian and the minor and is signed by them accordingly - see below

2. No alcohol, smoking or vaping is allowed onsite. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who we deem to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol without a refund or credit.
3. Please arrive having recently showered as we only have cool showers for rinsing. Do not wear or use any of your own products, essential oils or lotions inside the saunas as they may contain ingredients which can be harmful or slippery.
4. Individuals who are using prescription drugs should seek the advice of their personal physician or a pharmacist for possible changes in the drug’s effect when the body is exposed to elevated temperatures. Some medications including diuretics, barbiturates, and beta-blockers and others may impair the body’s natural heat loss mechanisms. Some over the counter drugs such as antihistamines may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.
5. Pregnant women should consult a physician before using the sauna because foetal damage can occur with a certain elevated body temperature.
6. Individuals with epilepsy should consult a physician before using the sauna.
7. Individuals with cardiovascular conditions or problems (hypertension/hypotension), congestive heart failure, impaired coronary circulation or those who are taking medications which might affect blood pressure should exercise caution when exposed to prolonged heat or cold. If using a pacemaker or defibrillator, please discuss risks involved with your doctor before your session.
8. If you have had a heart attack in the last 6 months or have arterial disease, seek medical advice prior to using the saunas and cold plunges.
9. If you have a recent joint injury, it should not be heated for the first 48 hours after injury or until the hot and swollen symptoms subside.
10. If you have joints that are chronically hot and swollen, these joints may respond poorly to heating of any kind. Vigorous heating may be contraindicated in cases of infections.
11. If you have metal pins, rods, artificial joints or any other surgical implants, you should consult your surgeon prior to using a sauna. The usage of a sauna must be discontinued if you experience pain near any such implants.
12. An individual that has insensitivity to heat should seek medical advice before entering the sauna.
Exposure to hot equipment, slippery surfaces caused by water, ice, snow or other substances, hot temperatures, airborne illnesses and contaminants is undertaken at your own risk.
13. The sauna is wood-fired and is extremely hot. Do not touch the stove, stove door, flu chimney, sauna rocks, or surrounding fire guards, and only as instructed to pour water on to the stones.
14. When pouring water on the rocks, start from the point furthest away from you to prevent scalding.
15. Property is left at your own risk.
16. Clothing policy - It’s compulsory to wear suitable bathing wear at all times within the sauna.
17. Towels are required to be used in the sauna at all times. Please place a towel on the bench prior to sitting down.
18. For health and safety reasons we reserve the right to cancel your session in the case of adverse weather such as strong gusts of wind or electrical storms. We cannot give refunds or credits for bad weather if we deem it safe to be open.
19. Footwear must be worn at all times when not inside the sauna. Sauna Bobble cannot accept responsibility for any incidents involving wildlife within, or outside of, our perimeter.
20. Any hanging jewellery should be removed before entering the sauna to prevent burning.
21. You will behave in a respectful manner to fellow sauna customers and staff and you will abide by the rules and regulations of Sauna Bobble.
22. Sauna Bobble cannot accept responsibility for customers with the above conditions or in the above situations.
23. Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your session for a full refund if you give us 48 hours minimum notice or you can receive credits with 24 hours notice. Any cancellations beyond the 48 hour prior to the start of the session will not be refunded or credited, but the ticket can be transferred to a friend.
